#OnThisDay 24th November 1995, a referendum was held and passed to remove the constitutional prohibition of divorce in Ireland.
In 2022 we spoke to Chair of the Divorce Action Group during the campaign, Mags O'Brien, about the referendum as well as her other political activism.
